Welcome to our corner of the internet. If you’ve ended up here, you probably know us from our videos, or maybe you just stumbled upon us while searching for how to wire an off-grid inverter without blowing up your trailer. Either way, we’re glad you're here.

We are Jase and Angie, and we live full-time on the road in our 2025 Forest River Ibex 29ft travel trailer, pulled by our trusty 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn.

How We Got Here

After wrapping up a massive 10-year chapter on a land contract, we realized we wanted something different. We wanted freedom, adventure, and the ability to pick up our entire home and move it whenever the mood struck. So, we sold the stationary life, packed up our things, and hit the highway.

In June 2026, we officially launched our full-time RV life, leaving Grand Lake St. Marys, Ohio, behind to make the long haul out west.

We made our way into the rugged landscapes of Arizona, traveling through the red rocks of Sedona and the desert of Wickenburg before finally setting up camp in the beautiful, high-altitude pines of Flagstaff, Arizona.

Meet the Crew

We aren't traveling alone. Our rig is packed to the brim with personality:

• Jase: USMC Veteran, full-time rig driver, amateur solar technician, and the guy who usually says, "Well, it sounded good on paper."

• Angie: Co-pilot, organization mastermind, voice of reason, and the only reason the trailer hasn't burned down during our solar upgrades.

• The Pack: Our three dogs—Ranger (who is famous for his campground escape attempts), Remington, and Gunner. They are the true chiefs of campground security and the primary consumer of our grocery budget.

The Unfiltered Reality

Our channel, The Shaughnessy Shenanigans, is all about showing the real, unfiltered side of nomadic living. We don't do the highly edited, "everything-is-perfect" travel content.

We show the breakdowns, the triumph of getting our battery bank to work off-grid, the stunning mountain views, and the inevitable headaches of trailer maintenance.

By grabbing some gear from our shop, you are directly helping us fund our solar setups, fuel the truck, and keep the shenanigans rolling.
